This minimal 2 piece kilim from Black Sea region of Turkey is made with pure organic hemp and cotton overdyed in slate or blue-gray. Marble-ized look. It has a very dhurrie weight and feel.
It has a few hand sewn patches done by the weaver and, in which, we left intact.
Pure organic hemp is cool and soft to the touch and Circa 1970’s
Actual size is 4’3” x 9’10”
It has been professionally washed, blocked, starched and restored.
