Gorgeous Oversize kilim from the 60’s. This silvery, light grey hemp kilim is pure wool and cotton. The darker areas are places they used goat hair in the foundation.
There are finely woven silvery stripes woven in symmetry.
It is three pieces sewn together by the villagers who wove it. This is a very fine, lightweight kilim. Would benefit from a non skid pad underneath.

Professionally cleaned and restored. These were used to carry apricots from the farms and there may be small apricot residual that did not come out during the cleaning process.
