How long does shipping take?
We offer extremely fast shipping. We pride ourselves on our same day or next day shipping for those in the states. You can expect your new beautiful rug to be at your door in no time.
Is shipping free, if not how much?
We pay for shipping to those in the lower 48 States
Can I return products?
We are confident you will fall in love with your unique piece. But, we also want to make sure that the product works in your space, as sometimes it is hard to tell before it is actually there, so we accept returns with a refund when merchandise is returned within 7 days of receiving the piece.
Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways when returning an item. All returns not shipped back within 7 days of receipt are charged a 20% restocking fee.
